Robert Alton Pepper, 57, of Houston, Tex., died Thursday afternoon. Born March 13, 1912 at Caledonia, he was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Pepper of Caledonia. He was a member of a Baptist Church in Houston. He is survived by his parents; two daughters, Mrs. Johnny Darham and Mrs. Earnest Darham, both of Houston; two brothers, J. H. Pepper of Houston and Elton Pepper of Caledonia; five sisters, Mrs. Bobby Lynn and Mrs. Archie Lyons, both of El Dorado, Mrs. Maurice Ayers of Caledonia, Mrs. Everett Baker of Decatur, and Mrs. Gene Willey of Longview, Tex. Graveside services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Olive Branch Cemetery on the Iron Mountain Road. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Earthmon Funeral Home of Houston.
