Charles Allen Collins, 42, of Wagoner, Okla., died Sept. 27, 2017, at the Wagoner Community Hospital in Wagoner.
He was born Dec. 24, 974, in Claremore, Okla., the son of Roger Allen and Madeline Jo Fryman Collins.
He was a farmer and a former member of the Hindsville Volunteer Fire Department.
He was preceded in death by: one son, Clifford Vernon Collins on Feb. 10, 2017; his paternal grandmother, Anna Collins; and his maternal grandfather, Charles Fryman.
Survivors include: two daughters, Sierra Collins and Victoria Collins, both of Hindsville; his father, Roger Collins of Claremore; his mother and stepfather, Madeline Jo and James T. Arrington of Hindsville; three sisters, Tanya Chanley and Skylar Collins both of Claremore, and Melanie Carrick of Nowata, Okla.; one stepbrother, Tyler Sanders of Claremore; three chosen brothers, Chris Yates and Robert Sappington, both of Claremore, and Clifford Marbut of Hindsville; two chosen sisters, Brenda Templeton of Huntsville, and Ladonna Hollingsworth of Springdale; his fiancee, Heather Chestnut, her son and daughter-in-law, Dakota and Sarah Chestnut and her daughter, Aaliyha Chestnut, all of Wagoner; his mother-in-law, Shirley Jones of Hindsville; his maternal grandmother, Joyce Fryman of Claremore; and several nephews, nieces and cousins.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Oct. 4, in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with the Rev. Jerry Don Moppin officiating.
Interment will be in the Austin Cemetery at Best, under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home of Huntsville.
