Mrs. Linda Sue Shepherd, 39, of Route 1, Winslow, died Friday in a local hospital. Born Feb. 2, 1945 at Fayetteville, the daughter of Walter C. and Maud Alice Bowdoin Bromley, she was self-employed, a member of the Winslow First Baptist Church, and active in Winslow civic affairs, the PTA, and the Booster Club.
She is survived by one son, Daren Wayne Shepherd, of the home, one daughter, Miss Connie Sue Shepherd of the home; her mother, Mrs. Maud Bromley of Winslow; three brothers, Ivan C. Bromley of Fayetteville, David E. Bromley of Rogers and Jerry D. Bromley of Winslow.
A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday at the First Baptist Church; burial in Brentwood Cemetery.
Visitation will be 2-9 p.m. Sunday at Moore's Chapel.
