Mrs. Georgia Ann Shepherd, 76, 1320 N. Oakland, Fayetteville, died Dec. 5 in a Fayetteville hospital. Born Feb. 16, 1900, at Charleston, she was daughter of Donnie E. and Lucy Jane Williams Jetton. She was a member of Trinity Temple, Eastern Star Chapter 495 and the Mt. Comfort Valley Home Demonstration Club. She and her husband recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary.
Survivors include her husband, Charlie C. Shepherd of the home; one son, Raymond Eugene (Gene) Shepherds, Fort Smith; three daughters, Mrs. Opal O. Dudley of the home, Mrs. Avaray Colvin, Mineola, Tex., and Mrs. Donna Marie Maddux, Midwest City, Okla.; one brother, Elbert P. Jetton, Whittier, Calif.; 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 3 p.m. today in Trinity Temple with the Rev. B.J. Willhite officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Moore's Chapel.
