Beulah B. Wooten, 96 year old resident of Rt. 3, Gentry, died Saturday, Sept. 22, at the Gravette Medical Center, Gravette, Ark., following an extended illness. She was born Aug. 26, 1883 in Benton County, Ark., the daughter of Robert R. and Belle MacSpaden Sikes. She had lived most of her life in Benton County and was a member of the First Christian Church in Gentry.
She is survived by, two daughters, Mrs. Eva Norris of Gentry and Mrs. Georgia Baker of Wichita, Kans.; one son, Charles Wooten of Derby, Kans.; 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Services were held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 25 at the First Christian Church in Gentry with Mr. Herman Paden and Mr. Don Hucks officiating. Burial was in the Bozarth Cemetery under the direction of the Wasson Funeral Home.
