May 2, 1925 - May 23, 1972
Richard Stinnett, 47 of Chidester, died Tuesday in a hospital at Little Rock after a lengthy illness. He was born May 2, 1925 in Chidester, the son of Mr. and Mrs. A. L. Stinnett. He was a veteran of World War II, a truckdriver, and a Methodist. Mr. Stinnett is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lola Maxine Holloman Stinnett; one son, Dennis G. Stinnett of Little Rock; four sisters, Mrs. Louise Bussell of Camden, Mrs. Daisy Burton of Atlanta, Ga., Mrs. Betty Kilpatrick, of East St. Louis, Ill., and Mrs. Rose Clingan of Little Rock; his parents Mr. and Mrs. A. L. Stinnett of the Missouri Community. The body was taken this afternoon to the home of his parents where it will remain until the funeral at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Missouri Cemetery under the direction of Proctors.
