When Peter 'Pete' 'Petrus' DeSalvo was born on October 2, 1901, in Center Ridge, Arkansas, his father, Luka, was 42 and his mother, Theresa, was 41. He married Rose Marie Louise Miller DeSalvo on February 8, 1937, in his hometown. They had one child during their marriage. He died on January 16, 1996, in Little Rock, Arkansas, at the age of 94, and was buried in Center Ridge, Arkansas.
