When Francis 'Frank' DeSalvo was born on August 10, 1894, in Center Ridge, Arkansas, his father, Joseph, was 25 and his mother, Johannia, was 23. He married Mary Angeline Paladino DeSalvo on February 1, 1921, in his hometown. They had two children during their marriage. He died in December 1981 in Morrilton, Arkansas, at the age of 86, and was buried in Center Ridge, Arkansas.
