Julia Marie DeSalvo Paladino, age 92, of Center Ridge, passed away June 12, 2009. She was born May 17, 1917, at Catholic Point, the daughter of Joe L. DeSalvo and Mary Rossi DeSalvo. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church at Catholic Point, Center Ridge. Survivors include three sons, Ray (Charlsie) Paladino of North Little Rock, Sonny (Marinelle) of Center Ridge, and Gerald (Sharon) Paladino of Morrilton; three daughters, Annette (Robert) May of Center Ridge, Paulette Stoubaugh (Bucky) Jones of Kenwood, and Sharon (Dee) Rodgers of Conway; daughter-in-law Karen Paladino of Center Ridge; two brothers, Richard DeSalvo of Center Ridge, and Gene DeSalvo of Morrilton; four sisters, Amelia Paladino of Center Ridge, Lorene and Irene Dumboski both of North Little Rock, and Tootsie Hoelzeman of Morrilton; nineteen grandchildren and thirty-three great-grandchildren. Julia was preceded in death by her husband, Alexander Paladino, Sr. and son Herb Paladino, son-in-law Bruce Stobaugh; and brothers, Paul, Ed, Vincent, and Bob DeSalvo. Funeral Mass will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, June 15, 2009 at St. Joseph Catholic Church at Catholic Point, Center Ridge with Rev. John Yates, Rev. T.J. Hart, and Rev. Shawn Wesley officiating. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton. Rosary will be 7:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
