When Lector Jewell Freeman was born on February 28, 1919, in Lick Mountain, Arkansas, her father, John, was 44, and her mother, Claudy, was 36.
When Thomas Otho Guinn was born on November 26, 1914, in Center Ridge, Arkansas, his father, Daniel, was 26 and his mother, Sula, was 17. He married Lector Jewell Freeman on March 24, 1934. They had one child during their marriage. He died on April 24, 2000, in Springfield, Arkansas, at the age of 85, and was buried in his hometown.
