Elmer "Junior" Guinn Jr., age 80, of Center Ridge passed away Saturday, February 20, 2016. Junior was born on July 16, 1935 in Center Ridge a son to Elmer Guinn Sr. and Altie Wilson Guinn.

Junior was member of New Beginnings Church. He loved to deer hunt, coon hunt, working with his cattle but most of all he loved to spend time with his family.

Mr. Guinn is preceded in death by his parents; three sons: VW Guinn, Elmer Quinton Guinn and Wendel Joe Guinn and great grandson: Dalton Hampton.

Junior is survived by his wife of 62 years: Marvell Maxwell Guinn of Center Ridge; Two daughters: Susan Turnipseed and husband Lewis of Morrilton; Johnnie Sue Peters and husband Chris of Formosa; two brothers: David Guinn and wife Mae of Quitman; Roger Guinn of Clinton; two sisters: Irene McCoy of Center Ridge; Sharon Kay Woolverton and husband Glen of Clinton; Seven grandchildren: Crystal, Dewayne, Dusty, Rocky, Emmy, JJ and Michael; six great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

Visitation is 6:00PM til 8:00PM; Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at the funeral home.

Funeral Services will be 10AM Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at New Beginnings Church in Center Ridge. Interment will follow in Lost Corner Cemetery in Cleveland.

Marvelle Maxwell Guinn was born on April 17, 1940 in Cleveland, AR a daughter to Willie Maxwell and Clarie Watkins. Marvelle passed away on Monday, May 8, 2017 in Center Ridge at the age of 77.

Marvelle loved to go to yard sales and fishing she also loved her family.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Husband: Junior Guinn; Sons: VW Guinn; Elmer Quinton Guinn and Wendel Joe Guinn, sister: Sybil Kirkendoll; and Grandson: Dalton Hampton.

She is survived by Daughters: Susan Turnipseed and husband Tony of Morrilton, Johnnie Sue Peters and Husband Chris of Clinton, Brothers: Burl, Emmitt, Verdell, Darrel, Floyd, Loyd, Ruben all of Cleveland, Sisters: Lovell Howard, Faye Flowers, Sylvia Maxwell, Rosie LaFevers, Carolyn Ford, Patricia Maxwell. 7 Grandchildren, 6 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren along with many other friends.

Visitation will be from 6:00PM till 8:00PM, Wednesday, May10, 2017 at the New Beginnings Church in Center Ridge. Funeral Services will be 10:00AM, Thursday, May 11, 2017 at the Church with Bro. Lonnie Olds and Charles Kendrick officiating. Interment will follow in Lost Corner Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Billy Banister, Jason Gates, JJ Scott, Isaac Willenberg, Michael Scott and Randall Ramsey. Honorary Pallbearers will be Rocky Maxwell and Duncan Scott.
