Jim Guinn, age 76, of Morrilton, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, May 20, 2018. He was born January 21, 1942 in Center Ridge, Arkansas, a son of the late Otho and Lector Jewell Freeman Guinn. He was the past owner/operator of Yesterday's Restaurant and Guinn's Amusement Company. Jim was a former high school Agriculture teacher for Nemo Vista and the former Director of the Welfare Department in Stone County. He was of the Christian faith. He is survived by his wife, Ene Guinn; son, Brent Guinn of Plumerville; daughter, Sherrie (Ronnie) Horn of Morrilton; stepson, Ronny (Jurlene) Richmond of Viola, Arkansas; stepdaughter, Robin (Ray) Rogers of Viola, Arkansas; brother, Don Guinn of Plumerville; sisters, Margaret Wilkerson of Center Ridge, Evelyn Chism of Center Ridge, and Annetta English of Plumerville; six grandchilden, Heather Stratton, Lauren Powell, Jessica Guinn, Ashley Mathews, Dustin Richmond, and LeAllison Boatright; and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Jaxson Guinn.
