Nevada Elizabeth Neill Burson, 85, of Rogers passed away Saturday, June 26, 2004, at Northwest Medical Center of Washington County in Springdale. She was born in Goshen on Sept. 13, 1918, the daughter of Jesse Alva and Flossie Juanita Dutton Neill.
She had been a resident of Northwest Arkansas most of her life and had lived in Rogers the past 33 years. She attended Monte Ne Baptist Church and Living Water Fellowship in Rogers.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, William Claude Burson.
She is survived by her children: Bill Burson and wife, Tong, of San Antonio, Texas, Mike Burson and wife, Tammy, of Rogers, Glenda Hemphill and husband, Van, of Montgomery, Texas, Pam Hardbarger and husband, John, of Rogers; her sister, Loretia Burson of Fayetteville; her brother, Gerald Neill of Goshen; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 30, at Moore's Chapel with Pastor John Hardbarger officiating. Burial will be in Son's Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Moore's Chapel.
