FAYETTEVILLE — Kermit D. Burson, 74, of Fayetteville died March 23, 2000, at Fayetteville.

He was born Jan. 4, 1926, in the Habberton community to William H. and Lucy Stuart Burson.

He was a retired farmer and a professional musician.

He was a member of Habberton Church of Christ and was an Army veteran of World War II.

Survivors include two sisters, Eileen Oxford and Eva 'Betty' Turrentine, both of Fayetteville; 17 nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Moore's Chapel in Fayetteville.

Burial will be in Son's Chapel Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Moore's.

Memorials may be made to the Southern Christian Home, P.O. Box 556, Morrilton, 72110.
