Harry Euland Couch, 83, of Farmington died Saturday at his home. Born Dec. 27, 1898 in Fayetteville, the son of Edward C. and Josephine Miller Couch, he was a retired engineer for Campbell Soup Co. and a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lela Couch of the home; a son, Jack of Fayetteville, a step-son, Danny Pense, of Farmington; three stepdaughters, Mrs. Juanita Watson and Mrs. Barbara Blakermore, both of Farmington and Mrs. Betty Smith of Prairie Grove; three sisters, Miss Gladys Couch and Mrs. Grace Hunt, both of Fayetteville and Mrs. Eula Sutton of Anaheim, Calif.; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the chapel of Nelson's Funeral Home with burial in Son's Chapel.

Mrs. Edith Beulah Couch, 59, lifelong resident of Fayetteville and Buckner community, died this morning at 5 o'clock at her home unexpectedly. Born June 12, 1900, the daughter of Meade(?) and Linnie(?) Trammell, she was married to Harry Couch on September 4, 1918 at Fayetteville, and was a member of the Church of Christ at Baldwin.

Survivors are her husband, Harry, of the home; one son, Jack, of the home; and two aunts.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 3 p.m., at the Baldwin Church of Christ. Burial will be in Son's Chapel cemetery under the direction of Nelson Funeral Home.
