Michael Lee Couch, 64, of Springdale, went to be with the Lord September 06, 2019. He was born June 06, 1955 in Springdale, Arkansas, the son of the late, Warren Lee and Helen Jean Price Couch. He was a long time member of the Elm Springs Assembly of God Church and had worked as a truck driver and diesel mechanic. He was preceded in death by his sister, Paula Jean Carter.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Deanna Clayborn Couch of the home; son, Chris Couch of Springdale, Arkansas; daughters, Shelly Schad and husband Michael of Springdale, Arkansas, Joanie Denham and husband Zach of Fayetteville, Arkansas and his grandchildren, Ashley and husband Tristan, Hunter, Zion, Kaylee, Alyson, Liam, Jacob and Ben.

Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. on Monday, September 9, 2019 in the chapel of Memorial Funeral Home, 3926 Willowood Avenue Springdale, Arkansas 72762. Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at the Elm Springs Assembly of God Church, 394 Elm Springs Road, Elm Springs, Arkansas 72728 with Pastor Glen Trusty officiating. Burial will follow in Elm Springs Cemetery under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Todd Wilson, Craig Wilson, Kenny Price Sput Carter, Michael Schad and Zach Denham.
