SPRINGDALE — John Douglas Morrison, 49, of Springdale passed away Aug. 6, 2015, in Springdale. He was born Dec. 7, 1965, in Tulsa, Okla., the son of Lawrence and Retha Earls Morrison. John formerly worked for First Brands for several years and graduated from Danville High School. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. John is preceded in death by his mother Retha Earls Morrison.
Survived by his father Lawrence Morrison of Rogers; his sister Janet Morrison Francis of Rogers; two nieces Rachel and Katie McClure; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services 10 a.m. Tuesday; Aug. 11, 2015, at Benton County Funeral Home with Pastor Scott Hill officiating. Interment will follow in the Ruddick Cemetery, Garfield. Visitation 5 to 7 Monday at Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th, Rogers. Online condolences to www.bentoncountyfuneralhome.com.
