TURNER, Mrs. C.E. - Mrs. C.E. Turner died at her home near Vaughn Tuesday morning the 1st inst. at 7 o'clock after a short illness. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. West of Gravette at the Presbyterian church at Vaughn and the remains were interred in the Barron cemetery. Mrs. Turner was 41 years of age and besides other relatives leaves a husband and six children, the oldest child 17 and the youngest 1 year old, to mourn her death. Deceased was a true Christian, a good neighbor and a kind and loving wife and mother, and the large concourse of people who attended the funeral and burying is evidence of the high esteem in which the good lady was held by the people of the community in which she resided. May "He who giveth and taketh away" console the heartbroken husband and precious children who must fight the battles of life without the tender care of a loving wife and mother.
