Mrs. Beulah Ann Phipps, resident of Westville, Okla., died Thursday evening at the Siloam Springs Memorial Hospital after an extended illness. Mrs. Phipps was born Sept. 12, 1896 at Paris, Tex., and had been a longtime resident of this area. She was a member of the Moseley Baptist Church.
Survivors include three daughters; Mrs. Lorene Tillery of Westville, Okla., Mrs. Francine Carnagey of Tulsa, Okla., and Mrs. Kathleen Jack of Kansas City, Mo.; one son, Carman, of Oklahoma City, Okla.; one brother, Preble Mayo, of Tulsa, Okla.; one sister, Mrs. Grace Davis, of El Dorado, Kans.; ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mrs. Phipps were held Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at the Pyeatte Chapel with Rev. Lloyd Johnson officiating. Burial was in the Yell Cemetery under the direction of the Pyeatte Funeral Service.
