Sharp County Record:
Mrs Carrie Davidson Brewer,
born June 21, 1882, and died
May 26, 1942 at Cave City Arkansas.
She was married to W.W. Brewer, January 19, 1902. Unto them
was born three children all of whom are living. She joined the
Methodist Church at the age of 14 and was a faithful member until
her death. She was always found assisting those who were in need,
and was a friend to everyone who knew her.
She leaves to mourn her death, her father, James Henry Davidson,
one brother, Dave of Tucson AZ., three sisters, and six half sisters, three children, and many other relatives and host of friends. She leaves a vacant place that can never be filled.

The Red Cross dresses assigned to this place have all been finished. Those who worked on them were Madames Lucy Wooldridge, Marie McGee, J.O. Laman, Bess Meachum. Kittie Cossey, Carrie Brewer, Gilbert McLeod, Fay Gobble, Virgie Crabtree and the Home Economics girls.-
