Devoe the son of Cleo Bilbrey and Cora (Dungan) Bilbrey. Ruth the daughter of John F Alls and Anna (James) Lingo Alls.

SMITHVILLE -- Devoe Bilbrey, 83, of Smithville died Saturday, June 21, at his residence.
Born in Smithville, he was a farmer and a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. He also served on the Lynn School Board for 24 years.
Survivors include one son, Michael Bilbrey of Smithville; two daughters, Devona Campbell of Batesville and Marida Deeter of Smithville; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Alls; and his parents, Cleo and Cora Dungan Bilbrey.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Lynn, with Charles Helms and Jason Palmer officiating. Burial will follow in Smithville Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Higginbotham Funeral Service of Walnut Ridge.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
