William Edward "Ed" Bilbrey* the son of Denton Laird Bilbrey and Susan Felix (Kendall) Bilbrey. Gladys (Williams) Bilbrey the daughter of Ernest H Williams and Gertie (Harrison) Williams.

SMITHVILLE -- Funeral services for William "Ed" Bilbrey Sr., 94, of Smithville, who died Tuesday, Dec. 10, at Lawrence Hall Nursing Center in Walnut Ridge, will be at 10 a.m. today in the chapel at Higginbotham Funeral Service in Walnut Ridge.
The Rev. Harold Russell will officiate, and burial with Masonic rites will follow in Smithville Community Cemetery.
He was born in Smithville and was a member of Smithville Masonic Lodge No. 29.
Survivors include a son, Edward Bilbrey Jr. of Smithville; two granddaughters, Rita Thomison and Maleta Tipton, both of Smithville; and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Gladys Williams Bilbrey; and his parents, Denton Laird Bilbrey and Susan Kendall Bilbrey.

William Edward "Ed" Bilbrey was only 6 yrs old when his mother, Susan Felix (Kendall) Bilbrey, died from Tuberculous, 1914.
