Raymond Tucker

Raymond W. Tucker, 73, of Lowell, died Wednesday, March 17, at Springdale Memorial Hospital.

He was born Nov. 17, 1919, at Lowell to Walter Lee "Tobe" Tucker and Winnie Belle Austin Tucker. He was a retired carpenter and a member of the Lowell Church of Christ. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and was a member of the American Legion.

Survivors are his wife, Vivian Tucker; a son, Gary Tucker of Rogers; a daughter, Shela Kay Brewer of Sulphur Springs, Texas; a brother, Elza Tucker of Lowell; a sister, Jessie Mae Pennington of Moore, Ok1a.; and two grandsons.

Funeral is set for 2 p.m. Saturday at Sisco Funeral Chapel, Springdale, with Wayne Simpson officiating. Burial is to be in Benton County
Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to the Arthritis Foundation, Arkansas Chapter, 6213 Lee Ave., Little Rock 72205.

SULPHUR SPRINGS, Texas — Vivian Louise Tucker, 88, of Sulphur Springs, formerly of Lowell, died Feb. 22, 2009, in Sulphur Springs. She was born Dec. 1, 1920, in Fort Cobb, 0kla., to Robert E. Lee Kincy Sr. and Clara Adell Able Kincy.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Walter Tucker, to whom she was married July 27, 1940, in Pineville, Mo.

She is survived by one son, Gary Lee Tucker and wife Sandy of Regers; one daughter, Shela Kay Brewer and husband Billy Knoepfle Brewer of Sulphur Springs; one brother, Robert E. Lee Kincy Jr. of Lowell; brother-in-law Elza R. Tucker of Lowell; Two grandchildren, Jeffery Lee Tucker and wife Regina of Huntsville and Kevin Scott Brewer and wife Kimberly of Sulphur Springs; two great-grandchildren, Justin Lee Tucker of Huntsville and Rylan James Brewer of Sulphur Springs; three stepgreat-grandchildren, Evan Walden, Jacquline Watson and Payden Watson and one stepgreat-great-granddaughter, Ella Inez Walden and a devoted niece, Vicki Lassiter.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Springdale with Wayne Simpson of Lowell Church of Christ officiating. Burial will be in Benton County Memorial Park.

Family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Sisco Funeral Chapel.

Pallbearers are Jeff Tucker, Justin Tucker, Kevin Brewer, Rylan Brewer, Ed Kincy, Danny Simpson, Jared Simpson and Chad Simpson.

Honorary pallbearers will be Kenny Kincy, Rick Brown and Tommy Scruggs.
