Victor R May, formerly of Pineville
Services for Victor R May of Little Rock, formerly of Pineville, will be at 10 a.m. today at Howard Funeral Chapel in Calcio Rock with Brother Wayne Wood officiating. Mr. May died Tuesday (May 13, 1997) at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. He was 76.

Burial will be at Trimlbe Campground in Dolph with Tony May, Ronnie May, Merla May, Mike Hemme and Doug McCurley serving as pallbearers.

Mr. May was born June 08, 1920, to James B and Augusta Dixon May. He and Joyce Drown were married June 13, 1945, at Pineville. He was a retired barber. He was a member of the Methdoist church, a veteran of World War II and a member of the Disabled Americans Veterans.

He is survived by his wife, at home: a son, Jim May of Little Rock: a daughter, Beth Christie of Little Rock: a granddaughter, Kristi May of Little Rock: four brothers, Troyce May of Calico Rock, Glacen May of Mountain Home, Henry May of Pineville and Cyril May of Wenatchee, Wash.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
