Services Held For Miss Elsie Dillard
Funeral services were held for Miss Elsie Dillard of near Violet Hill October 18 at the Fairview Church. She had passed away at her home on October 16 at the age of 65 years, 5 months and 18 days. Rev. F. J. Light of Mountain Grove, Mo., officiated at the services.
She was converted at the age of 15.
She is survived by two brothers, Delmer Dillard of Violet Hill and Arlin Dillard of Oxford; three sisters, Mrs. Bertha Powell of Violet Hill, Mrs. Alma Mason of Brockwell and Mrs. Zella Wright of Wichita, Kan. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces and a host of friends.
Pallbearers were Clarence Blevins, Elvis Abbott, Eddie Dillard, Vernon Mason, Oral Dillard and Edsol Powell.
