Troy C. Dillard, 67, of Bartlesville, Okla. died Thursday in a Batesville hospital. Born at Violet Hill, He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Audie Hightower Dillard; one son, Donald of Durant, Okla.; one daughter, Mrs Linda Reed of Arlington, Tex.; two brothers; Edison Dillard of Oxford and Arnold Dillard of Batesville. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and two sisters.
