(Calico Rock) Johnny B. Brown, 42, died Sunday, Aug 1, 1999, at Lawrence, KS. Born Sep 23, 1956, in Mt. Home, he was the son of the late Walter B. Brown and Eva Lovitt. He was a self-employed stone mason.
Survivors include his wife, Lisa Brown; a daugher, Sherry Vest of Melbourne; a son Terry Ashely of Pineville; his mother of Pineville; two sisters, Sharon Harber and Dorothy Banning, both of Izard County; two brothers, Howard Brown and Michael Brown; and three half brothers, Jerry Brown, Bobby Brown and Jimmy Brown, all of California.
Other than his father, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Merry Carolyn Cooley-Brown.
The funeral was at 10 AM today at Galatia Church with Donnie Speak officiating. Burial was at Galatia Cemetery under the direction of Eddie's Family Funeral Home of Calico Rock.
Pallbearers were Timmy Gray, Ricky Gray, Harvey Loosey, James Loosey, Lloyd Loosey and Randy Loosey.
