Milbra was the daughter of Ransom and Mary Ann Samuels Eaton. She was retired from Claymore Manufacturing in Huntsville and was a member of the Huntsville Freewill Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Parker. Survivors include two daughter, Phyllis Ann Parker and Linda Sue Brown, both of Huntsville; four brothers, Glen Eaton, Cecil Eaton and Lynville Eaton, all of Elkins, and Arlis Eaton of Fayetteville; two sisters, Velma Laird of Berryville and Viola McClure of Fort Smith; and two grandchildren.
