May 9, 1925 - February 21, 2010
Wray E. Hayes, 84, of Fort Smith, passed away Sunday, May 21, 2010, at a local hospital. He was born May 9, 1925 in Taylor, MO to Charles and Sadie Hayes.
He was retired Food Service from Sparks Regional Medical Center. He loved gardening, country music and nature walks. He was a great father.
He was preceded in death by his wife of forty-eight years Anna Mae (Harrison) Hayes and a daughter Sheila Christian.
Funeral service was Tuesday, February 23, 2010, at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. George Barham officiating. Burial was at Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
He is survived by two daughters Priscilla Hayes and husband Terry Robison of Richardson, TX and Penni Hayes of Wilmington, NC , two sons Terry W. Hayes and wife Paula J. of Van Buren, AR and Travis W. Hayes of Fort Smith, AR, five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Anna Mae (Harrison) Hayes, 78, of Fort Smith, passed away Thursday, February 18, 2010. She was born December 12, 1931 in Chester, AR to the late Nelson and Myrtle Harrison.
She was retired from Food Service at Sparks Regional Medical Center.
She was preceded in death by a daughter Sheila Christian.
