J.B. Hayes 85, of Greenwood died Sunday, June 25, 2000, in Greenwood.
He was a retired printer for the Mead Container Co. and a member of New Hope Baptist Church.
Funeral was at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Fort Smith.
He is survived by his wife, Waunita; one daughter, Alice Horne of Greenwood; one sister, Ethel Page of Lubbock, Texas; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Darrell Taylor, Giles Heuling, L.C. Goodman, Larry Biggs, Roger Solesbee and Gary Don Reed.
Waunita
December 15, 1917 - November 30, 2004
BARLING — Waunita Hayes, 86, of Barling died Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2004, in Greenwood. She was a homemaker, a former employee of McCord Wholesale, and a member of First Baptist Church in Jenny Lind. Funeral will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Fort Smith. She is survived by a daughter, Alice Horne of Greenwood; a sister, Clara Watson of Fort Smith; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Larry Biggs, Darrell Taylor, Jim McClain, Don Crockett, Mike Erwin and Bob Woodhull.
