Marketa Smith Thurlkill of El Dorado, passed away Friday, July 22, 2016 at the John R Williamson Hospice House surrounded by her family. Marketa was born October 4, 1936 to Eva Manly Smith and Robert E Lee Smith. She was employed by Jack Winters Garment Factory, Woolco, Cooper Tire and Rubber, Amercable and retired from Wal Mart. She was a member of Mt Union Baptist Church. She was a avid seamstress and was always ready to help a friend. She loved spending time with her family.

Proceeding her in death; her parents, and William Percy Thurlkill Jr.

She is survived by, daughter, Thaila (Roy) Dison, sons, Trent (Kim) Thurlkill, and Shane (Dona) Thurlkill. Brother, Donald Kenneth(Glenda) Smith. Grandchildren, Holly(Mike) Wallace, Richard Dison, Brandon(Heather) Dison, Lynzee Thurlkill, Ashlee (Philip) Raborn, Marlee Thurlkill, Timothy (Brittany) Thurlkill, Lakin(JJ) Hopkins, and Cody Thurlkill. Great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Her beloved dogs, Peanut,Buster, and Angel.

Visitation will be held Monday July 25, 2016 from 6-8 pm at Perry's Funeral Chapel.

Services will be held Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at 10am at Perry's Funeral Chapel in El Dorado with Pastor Mike Wallace officiating.
Burial will follow at Craig Cemetery, Craig Cemetery Road,El Dorado, Ar.

Pallbearers: Brandon Dison, Timothy Thurlkill, Cody Thurlkill, Brady Wallace Jake Wallace and Philip Raborn
