Beatrice (Bea) Davis, wife of Bonner (Jack) Davis, passed away on April 9th, 2021 in Newport News, Virginia. She was 93. Born in Johnsville to Fletcher and Maude Bell Clanton Ferrell and raised by special parents Boyed and Cora Mae Baker, Bea is survived by her son Bonner (Bo) Davis and daughter Tracye (John) Ireland and grandchildren Bailee (Lucas) Ewell and Davis (Janel) Ireland all of Poquoson, Virginia.

Bea is also survived by much beloved sisters and sisters-in-law: Fern Ferrell, Joy Ferrell, Eva Nell McKinney, Jimmie Lou Ellerbe-Millikin, and Jemmie Moseley as well as many nieces, nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews.

A graduate of Warren High School and nursing school in St. Louis, Bea was an avid homemaker and gardener and she loved to fish. Following Jack’s career in the US Air Force, they settled in Poquoson, Virginia in 1966. A special joy was following her grandchildren’s basketball and soccer games. Bea and Jack treasured their cabin at the “Godfrey Place” and time there with family.

Mother, grandmother, aunt and sister, Bea will be so missed. A memorial service will be planned for a later date. Arrangements in care of Frazer's Funeral Home in Warren, AR.
