Marzell K. Davis, 72, of Pine Bluff, died May 14, 2001, at Jefferson Regional Medical Center.
Born August 13, 1928, at Caledonia (Union County), she was a daughter of the late Joseph Henry Kinard and Beulah Exer Telford Kinard.
She was reared and received her education at Junction City where she was a graduate of Junction City High School. She was a legal secretary for Bridges and Young Law Firm from 1973 to 1991, when she retired. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Warren, and AARP.
She was preceded in death by three brothers and five sisters.
Survivors include one daughter, Malia Jane Woodyard of Benton; two sisters, Sadie Powell of Warren and Eva Englebert of East North Port, New York; and four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Ralph & Son Funeral Directors with the Rev. James A. Walker officiating. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery at Warren.
Memorials may take the form of contributions to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 6635, Pine Bluff, AR 71611, or the Diabetes Association, Arkansas Affiliate, 212 Natural Resources Drive, Little Rock, AR 72205.
