*Obituary
Lana P. Turner, age 64, of Fayetteville, Arkansas passed away Saturday, May 26, 2012, as a result of bone cancer. She was born March 17, 1948, and was the daughter of John and Maudy Turner, who preceded her in death. Lana was a smart, funny, and loving person who will be dearly missed by those who were fortunate enough to know her. She is survived by her daughter, Dena Fitts of Fayetteville; two sisters, Diann Adamson and her husband Gary Adamson of Forrest City, and Clarice Hamlin of Marvell; one brother, John Turner and his wife Marjorie Turner of Wynne; as well as 5 beloved nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at Lighthouse Ministries at 5446 SFC 311 in Forrest City AR, on Friday, June 1, at 11:00am. Memorials may be made in honor to: Humane Society of the Ozarks, or to the American Cancer Society.
