Marian E. Smith, 65, of Lakeland, TN, passed away on Monday, June 12, 2021 in a Memphis hospital. She was born on February 6, 1956 in Houma, LA to Bill Marion and Frankie Ann (Webb) Jenkins. She was a homemaker and of the Church of Christ faith. She loved planting flowers in her yard and trying out new recipes when she found them. She was preceded in death by her father, Bill Jenkins. Funeral services are 10:00AM, Saturday, July 17, 2021 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith. Burial will be private. She is survived by her husband William David Smith of the home; a daughter, Carrie Smith (Alicia) of Millington, TN; a son, Brandon Smith (Melanie) of Hernando, MS, her mother, Frankie Jenkins of Fort Smith, AR; two sisters, Brenda McKenzie of Fort Smith and Linda Hardin of West Fork, AR and three grandchildren, Jordan, McKenzey and Jackson Smith, along with four adopted grandchildren, Noah, Briggs, Molly and Neely.
