PRAIRIE GROVE — Karen Elaine Bishop, 59, a resident of Prairie Grove, Ark., passed away Nov. 20, 2011, in Springdale, Ark. She was born Dec. 9, 1951, in Lincoln, Ark., the daughter of Robert and Edna Mae Janes Kelley.
She was preceded in death by her mother; and sister, Brenda Sue Martin.
Survivors include her husband, Marvin Bishop; two daughters, Stacie Jennette Fant and Jessie-Ann Bishop, both of Prairie Grove, Ark.; two sons, Douglas Leon Fletcher of Stilesville, Ill., and Marvin Lewis Bishop of Brauman, Okla.; one brother, Charles Ray Cook of Lincoln, Ark.; one sister, Leona Michelle Leonard of Seminole, Okla.; six grandchildren, Jimmy Donald Fant II, Bridgett Nicole Fant, Samantha Jane Fant, Justin Robert Fant, Hayden Fletcher, April Dawn Bishop.
Family will have a memorial service 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 27, 2011, at Prairie Grove Christian Church.
