*Obituary

Mary Beth Jackson, died of Pulmonary Fibrosis Tuesday at CHI St. Vincent Infirmary in
Little Rock. She was 62 years old.

Mrs. Jackson, who had enjoyed robust good health nearly all her life, began being
treated for Pulmonary Fibrosis in early February while continuing to enjoy her family
and friends.

She was only 30, when she was elected as the White County Corner while owning the
Ambulance Service in Searcy and teaching EMT courses at Foothills Vocational
Technical School. Her giving heart of always helping others was apparent in her years of
healthcare service.

Beth had a servant’s heart always putting others needs before her own and most
especially her children and grandchildren who always came first. She loved her family
and her friends – she was a devoted mother and grandmother and a loyal friend.

Mary Beth Jackson was born on April 2, 1958, in Searcy, Arkansas, to William Lloyd
Marsh and Callie Martindill.

Mrs. Jackson is survived by her son, Jason Hickey; a daughter, Nicole Zentz; her sister,
Sandra Kay Treat Palmer (Steve), and five granddaughters, Ivorie Hickey, Jaylynn
Hickey, Amber Zentz, Carlie Zentz, Tessah Hickey, and two great grandchildren, Atlas
Blanton and Aries C. Blagg.
