Clyde Ross, 94, of Alma, passed away Sunday, October 7, 2018.
He was born December 16, 1923 in Spiro to the late Leo and Max Ross.

He was the co-owner/operator of Ross Cleaners, a member of the Alma Lions Club, a Gideon, a charter member of the Alma volunteer fire department, and a Navy Veteran of WWII.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Marilee Ross.

He is survived by a daughter, Sheila Boen of Alma; two sons, Stanley Ross of Tontitown, and Kevin Ross of Fort Smith; a sister, Virginia Mitchell of Bentonville; a brother, Earl Ross of Van Buren; seven grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Newberry Cemetery in Alma, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
Pallbearers will be Dylan Ross, Andy Ross, Jon Ross, Joel Boen, and Jason Boen.

ALMA — Marilee Ross, 73, of Alma died Saturday, Dec. 21, 2002, in a local hospital. She was a homemaker, a retired co-owner and operator of Ross Dry Cleaners in Alma and a member of Maple Shade Church of the Nazarene in Alma.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. today in Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Newberry cemetery in Alma.
She is survived by her husband, Clyde; a daughter, Sheila Boen of Alma; two sons, Stanley Ross of Tontitown and Kevin Ross of Alma; and seven grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Jason and Joel Boen and Andy and Jon Ross.
Memorial contributions may be made to Maple Shade Church of the Nazarene or to Gideons International.
