HASKELL, Okla. — Virginia Lee Williams Osburn was born April 24, 1925, in McAlester, Okla., to Esmer and Laura E. (Turnbow) Williams. She left to be with the Lord on Oct. 18, 2010, in Haskel, Okla., at the age of 85.

She spent most of her adult life in the Fayetteville area. She worked at Bear Brand Hosiery, as well as American Air Filter, and after her retirement, she was also a rural mail carrier in Prairie Grove area.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Marvin E. Osburn; her eldest son, James David Robbins; her grandson, Conner Robbins; Dorothy Brannon; Otho Williams; and her baby brother, Wayne Williams.

She was an avid fan of the outdoors and loved to be out hiking and exploring every mountain she could climb.

Survivors include her daughter, Mary Beth McChristian of Plains, Mont.; son, Steve M. Robbins and his wife, Cathy, of Bixby; her granddaughters, Rebecca McChristian Cash and husband, Chuck, of Hope, and Dawn Robbins; her grandsons, Shane Robbins and wife, Heather, of Fayetteville, Mark Robbins and wife, Debbie, of Centerton, Daniel Robbins and wife, Jennifer, of Prairie Grove; several grant-grandchildren.

Services were held Oct. 22 at Brentwood Cemetery under direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
