BELLA VISTA — John A. "Jack" Payne, 93, of Bella Vista died July 16, 2009, in Rogers. He was born Sept. 13, 1915, in Kansas City, Mo., to John R. and Cora Stone Payne.
He served in the Navy during World War II.
Survivors include a son, R.L. Payne of Bella Vista; a daughter, Sharon Pierce of Julian, Calif.; five grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren. Services will be at 1 p,m, Wednesday at The Presbyterian Church of Bella Vista.
Burial will he in the Bella Vista Memorial Garden Columbarium.
Memorials may be made to the Circle of Life Hospice, 901 Jones Road, Springdale, Arkansas 72764.
Arrangements are by Stockdale Funeral Services in Rogers.
