ROGERS — John Howard Payne Jr., 41, of Bentonville died Friday, July 17, 2015, in Rogers. He was born Dec. 28, 1973, in Portland, Ore., the son of Jewel "Jody" Gray and John Howard Payne.
He enjoyed spending time in the outdoors, especially at the beach. He graduated from Rogers High School in 1992. He returned to Northwest Arkansas four years ago, after living in Florida.
John is survived by; two sons, Tristan Hymiller of Bentonville, Shea Payne of Florida; one daughter, Skylar Payne of Florida; his mother, Jewel "Jody" Gray and her husband Cecil of Rogers; his father, John Payne and his wife Dede of Rogers; one brother, Tim Payne of Rogers; four step-brothers, Cliff Garrigus and his wife Rebecca of Gateway, Dave Garrigus of Rogers, Clayton Gray of Rogers, Kevin Gray and his wife Barbara of Springdale; and one step-sister, Sharon Hlyton and her husband Troy of Springdale.
A celebration of life will be at a later date, and announced by the family.

ROGERS — Delores Payne, 83, of Rogers passed away May 23, 2013, at Innisfree Nursing Home in Rogers. She was born Dec. 26, 1929, in Mapleton, Iowa, the daughter of William and Mabel Hare Berndt.
She is survived by her son, John Payne and wife, Dede; four grandsons and six great-grandchildren; and her brother, Wes Berndt.
Graveside services will be 11 a.m. today, May 25, 2013, at Rogers Cemetery Mausoleum, with Pastor Chris Echols officiating.
Arrangements by Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th St., Rogers.
