George C. Webb, 80, of Urbana, died at 6:30 p.m. Sunday in a Monroe, La. hospital. Mr. Webb was a lifelong resident of the Urbana Community. Survivors include two sons, A. C. Webb of Urbana T. G. Webb of Memphis, Tenn.; three daughters, Mrs. Virginia Birdwell Minter of Richmond, Va., Mrs. Eula Mae Galati of Palisades, N.J. and Mrs. Nellie Ruth Hall of Monroe; a sister, Mrs. Molly Arnold of Norphlet; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Urbana Baptist Church with the Rev. Floyd Taylor officiating. Interment will be in Urbana Cemetery under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home.
