James William Nipper, 93 of El Dorado, AR passed away Sunday February 21, 2016 at Life Touch Hospice in El Dorado.
James was born September 13, 1922 to the late Walter Nipper and Ethal Smith Nipper. He was a forklift driver for 45 years at the Urbana Saw Mill. Served in the Army and fought in WWII in 1945.
Preceding him in death are his parents; three brothers, Fred Nipper, Carl Nipper and Baby brother Virgil Nipper; one sister, Junie Jetton-Nipper.
Those left behind are his wife of 68 years, Birdie Darden Nipper; two sons, Johnny Nipper (Elaine) of El Dorado, Charles Nipper (Sharon) of Clinton, AR and daughter, Mary Joe Harris of El Dorado. Ten grandchildren, several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; one sister, Marlet Darden.
Visitation will be held Wednesday February 24 from 5-8pm at Urbana Baptist Church in Urbana, Ar. Funeral Services will be 2pm Thursday February 25 at Urbana Baptist Church with Bro. Ricky Watts officiating. Graveside following services at Urbana Cemetery under direction of Perry’s Funeral Chapels.
