Johnny David Perkins, 20, of Fayetteville, died Tuesday, Oct. 10, 1995, at Fayetteville.
Born June 12, 1975, at Siloam Springs, he was the son of Bobby Don and Crystall Ann Rogers Perkins. He was in the construction business.
Survivors are his mother and stepfather, Crystal and Tony Scott of the family home; a brother, Bobby Don Perkins of Elkins; a sister, Tracy Dawn Perkins of the home; maternal grandparents, Roy and Lea Rogers of Westville, Okla., and paternal grandmother, Flo Cox of Watts, Okla.
Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Tharp Cemetery in Fayetteville under the direction of Moore's Chapel. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Thursday at Moore's Chapel.
