William (Bill) Leon Keen, 49, of Dutch Mills, died Wednesday, Nov. 29, 1995, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. He was born May 27, 1946, in Prairie Grove to William Arbison Keen and Juanita Hamilton Keen.

He was the water and waste water superintendent for the City of Lincoln, a member and deacon of the Liberty Baptist Church in Dutch Mills, and a member of Gideons and Kiwanis.

Survivors include his wife Carolyn Choate Keen; two daughters, Angela Smith and Laura Freeman, of Dutch Mills; two brothers, Robert Keen of Lincoln and Thomas Keen of Poplar Bluff, Mo., and his grandmother, Gladys Hamilton of Fayetteville.

Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Liberty Baptist Church, Dutch Mills and will be officiated by the Rev. Dan Ingram. Burial will be in White Rock Cemetery, Dutch Mills.

LINCOLN — Carolyn Sue Keen 62, of Lincoln died Jan. 12, 2008, at Fayetteville. She was born Jan. 30, 1945, at Prairie Grove to Woodrow Wilson and Idamae Cheatham Choate.

She was a member of the Liberty Baptist Church in Dutch Mills. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Keen.

Survivors include two daughters, Angela Smith and husband Delbert and Laura Freeman and husband Gerald, all of Dutch Mills; one brother, Billy D. Choate and wife Margie of Dutch Mills, Arkansas; two grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. today at the Luginbuel Funeral Home in Prairie Grove, www.luginbuel.com.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Liberty Baptist Church in Dutch Mills, with Staton Posey officiating. Burial will be in the White Rock Cemetery near Dutch Mills.

Memorials may be made to the Liberty Baptist Church building fund 22361 Dutch Mills Road, Lincoln, 72744.
