When Rosie Bell Edwards was born on March 25, 1900, in Judsonia, Arkansas, her father, Andrew, was 25, and her mother, Harriett, was 21. She married Burnice Alexander Morris on October 19, 1919, in her hometown. They had five children in 10 years. She died on April 13, 1997, in Judsonia, Arkansas, at the age of 97, and was buried in Searcy, Arkansas.
