Siloam Springs — J. Earl Thomason, 74, of Siloam Springs died Wednesday morning in the Siloam Springs hospital after an extended illness. He was born Feb. 15, 1891 in Siloam Springs and was a lifetime resident, and a member of the Methodist Church.

Survivors include the widow, Beulah of the home; three sons, Kenneth of Baker, Ore., Harold of Joplin, Mo. and Charles of Galena Park, Tex,; one daughter, Mrs. Margaret Freyaldenhoven of West Memphis; one brother, Hugh of Escondio, Calif.; one sister, Miss Mildred Thomason of Kansas City; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral will he at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the First Methodist Church. Burial in the Oak Hill Cemetery under direction of the Pyeatte Funeral Service.

Beulah L. Thomason, 81, of West Memphis, formerly of Siloam Springs, died Tuesday at Crittenden Memorial Hospital at West Memphis. She was born Oct. 17, 1894, at Siloam Springs. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church.

She is survived by one daughter, Margaret Freyaldenhoven of West Memphis; two sons, Kenneth Thomason of Baker, Ore., and Harold Thomason of Joplin, Mo.; one sister, Mrs. Grover Harvey of Siloam Springs; 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at the First United Methodist Church in Siloam Springs with Pastor Jim Keith officiating. Burial will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery under the direction of the Pyeatte Funeral Home.
