THOMASON, C.C. - C.C. Thomason, living six miles south of Bentonville, died last Tuesday of pneumonia following influenza, at the age of 70 years. He was buried at the Phillips cemetery in that vicinity. He left two sons, W.W. Thomason of Wewoka, Okla. and L.H. Thomason of Stevensville, Texas and a daughter, Mrs. L.E. Weeks of the latter city. Mr. Thomason was one of Benton county's pioneers and was born near Springtown. He moved to Texas about 30 years ago but returned to Benton county a few years ago and purchased a farm.
