ROLLER, Mary Ann SNODGRASS – (From Clantonville) Mary Ann Snodgrass was born in Lawrence County, Missouri September 7, 1846 and departed this life September 24, 1936 at the age of 90 years and 17 days.

At the age of 18 years she was united in marriage to Noah Roller and to this union were born nine children. She was preceded in death by her husband about three and a half years ago, also four children departed this life before her, two in infancy and two after reaching the age of manhood. She is survived by four daughters, Betty Foster of Rose, Oklahoma; Ida Kyle of California; Ollie Taylor of Stewart, Oklahoma and Dora Weaver of Denver, Colorado, and one son, Frank Roller of Seligman, Missouri: one sister, Elizabeth Berryhill, one half-sister, Mint Snodgrass, one half-brother of Seligman Missouri, 15 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren and other relatives and a host of friends.

Aunt Sis, as many knew her, was a devoted wife, a loving mother, a kind neighbor and will surely be missed by all her acquaintances.

The children, all except Ida, were here for the funeral which was conducted by Rev. Bell of Beaver, Arkansas, at the home and the body laid to rest in Roller Cemetery.

Mrs. Betty Foster, her daughter, her son Ira and wife and two children returned to their home at Rose, Oklahoma Sunday.

Mrs. Dora Weaver and daughters, Ora and Joyce, left for their home in Denver, Colorado Monday.
