Mrs. Anna Elizabeth Coger, 64, of Huntsville, died Oct. 6, at Washington Regional Medical Center. Born July 25, 1917, at Whorton, she was the daughter of Jessie and Elise Whorton Butts. She was a long time member of the Huntsville United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Arlis Coger; a son, Charles Coger of Huntsville; a daughter, Mrs. Doris Ann Kisor of Fayetteville; two stepsons, Richard Coger and Kay Coger of Huntsville; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Carol Lynn Spurlock of Huntsville; a brother, Dorsie Butts of Huntsville; 16 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Services were Thursday at Brashears Funeral Home, Huntsville.
Memorial may be made to the Huntsville United Methodist Church.
Pallbearers were Jim Coger, Jamie Sparks, Rick Evans, Steve Bowen, Jim Allen Spurlock and Randy Coger.
